RDK & Associates, Inc. is a bank consulting firm formed in March of 1988 by Mark Richey. RDK is engaged in providing consulting services to large and small financial institutions. Primary services include independent loan reviews, compliance reviews, BSA audits, ALLL analysis, Fair Lending assessments, appraisal reviews and policy and procedure development for banks of all sizes. RDK also performs compliance training, due diligence reviews for bank stock lenders and potential bank investors, bank stock evaluations and other general bank consulting.
Partners Mark Richey and Terry Keeling were employed by the office of Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). While employed by the OCC, Mr. Richey and Mr. Keeling were responsible for conducting examinations of national banks and supervising subordinates.
Partner Shellie Horn joined RDK in September of 1999 after a lengthy banking career and is primarily responsible for the compliance audit services.
Currently, RDK performs on-going consulting services for over 100 banks in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Texas, and Wyoming. RDK employs 16 staff professionals and 3 administrative assistants.
