James Popkess
James Popkess is an Associate with RDK & Associates and provides consulting to financial institutions in regulatory compliance and conducts quality control reviews on mortgage loans. Mr. Popkess has been with RDK since September 2010 and has over 27 years experience in all areas of banking and internal audit.
Prior associations include: Deloitte and Touche, LLC., Western Sun Federal Credit Union and Bank of America N.A. Mr. Popkess received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma with a major in Finance and a minor in Marketing.
