Staff | Mark Richey

Mark Richey is the founding partner of RDK & Associates and provides extensive consulting to financial institutions covering the loan portfolio, due diligence reviews, policy development, strategic planning and overall credit risk management.  Mr. Richey has over 30 years of banking, consulting and regulatory experience.

Prior associations include City Bank & Trust, Tulsa, Union National Bank, Tulsa, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).  He was commissioned as a National Bank Examiner while serving with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency from 1982 to 1988.  Mr. Richey received BS degrees in finance and economics from the University of Tulsa.   Banking related training includes Principles of Banking, Asset and Liability Management, Consumer Compliance, Credit Analysis, Electronic Data Processing, Management Supervision, Trust Operations, Basic International Banking and ABA/ABA Bank Secrecy Act / AML Conference.

Beyond banking, Mr. Richey served as a research assistant with the Joint Economic Committee of Congress in Washington D.C. and as a reservist with the U.S. Marine Corps.
