Staff | Shellie Horn

Shellie Horn is a partner with RDK & Associates and provides extensive consulting to financial institutions covering all areas of compliance, internal control, BSA/AML, ACH, and retail non-deposit products.  Ms. Horn has over 15 years of banking and consulting experience and has been with RDK since 1999.  She currently serves as compliance advisor for several banks and her responsibilities include overseeing compliance programs, training, and procedures.  Ms. Horn has helped develop and lead numerous bank related training seminars. 

Prior associations include First State Bank, Hulbert and Citizens Bank of Tulsa, Tulsa.  Ms. Horn received her BA degree in marketing from Northeastern State University.
